Managing Director
Oliver grew up on a farm, cutting his teeth on a broad range of farm work before attending Shuttleworth Agricultural College.
Following 12 years practical farming experience with hands on involvement in arable and vegetable cropping, Oliver ran a vegetable packing operation servicing multiple retailers across the UK and Europe. After completing a project developing a farming operation in Chile, Oliver moved into agricultural consultancy specialising in health and safety.
Oliver now specialises in advising farms and landed estates on reducing risk and liability whilst helping to develop a safer working environment. Oliver takes a commercial approach and works closely with clients and their insurers to reduce premiums where risks are managed pro-actively.
A regular contributor to agricultural trade publications Oliver also lectures at a number of agricultural colleges and regularly presents to trade bodies across the country.
Office Administrator
Chris has joined us as an administrator based at Chatteris. She is experienced in health and safety administration and will be concentrating on liaison with clients.

Katy joined the company in June of last year as administrator based in the Chatteris office. She has had experience in Area Management within the retail sector and Office Management in the insurance trade. Having gained her Certificate in Personnel and Development from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Katy has experience in training, staff management, Health and Safety and general HR procedures.
Human Resources Consultant
Katie is MCIPD qualified (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) with a degree in Business Marketing. Katie has judged Human Resources awards for the CIPD and has over 10 years Human Resources experience across industry in the commercial & public sectors and agriculture.
Health & Safety Consultant
Derrick joined us as a consultant in June last year. He is a farmer from Ramsey with 30 years hands on experience in practical farming. Derrick diversified into Health and Safety and over the last few years has become fully qualified in the subject.
Derrick brings a fresh perspective to our business and a keen desire to help other farmers adapt to meet the legislation without interfering with day to day work on the farm.
Marketing
Originally from South Africa, Michelle joined the company in February last year. She’s responsible for producing a focussed marketing strategy and to develop the company’s public profile. Michelle spent 5 years working in sales & marketing and commercial and industrial property, and before that a number of years in the film industry. She also has experience in recruitment, training and personnel management.
Michelle holds a diploma in Multi-Media and Graphic Design, and is also a keen photographer.
Human Resources Consultant
Liz is MCIPD qualified and currently working towards my FCIPD. She has 11 years experience in generalist HR, 5 of which have been at board level. Liz has experience in both private and public sector and as she's also BHSAI qualified and involved with dressage and show judging she also has considerable knowledge and experience in the equine industry. "I am a realist who understands that HR is not at the top of everyone's agenda and that companies only want to do the minimum to comply with legislation and I believe it is my job to ensure they have the protection they need for the least amount of outlay".

Helen has 10 years of experience working in the commercial property industry in the City of London and has a proven track record in project management and change management in European-wide, multi-sited businesses.
An MBA graduate with a keen interest and experience in HR, Helen has particular experience in Learning and Development strategy, communication strategies, recruitment and succession planning, policy writing and implementation.
Helen’s background in business management and administration means that she brings a commercial and holistic approach to the projects she undertakes.
