Health and Safety on Farms and COSHH compliant Testimonial

" Safety Revolution's system has delivered culture change within our business"
Stephen Honeywood

Stephen Honeywood farms 700 acres at Norton near Bury St Edmunds. The business has diversified into horse feed. Stephen produces a molassed chaff horse feed under the trade name of 'Honeychop'. Our focus for Stephen was getting the basics right and ensuring that risk assessments and safe working practices were in place for high risk activities. Three years on Stephen is now fine-tuning his system to address lesser risks.

Health & Safety on Farms

We look at all areas of your business to decide which areas need addressing first. During the early stages of our involvement we will work with you to get basic safe systems in place and make sure that you have the right paperwork to show you are compliant or working towards compliance.

We will look at any diversification activities that you may be developing. We will involve your staff and clear any uncertainty around what needs to be done.

Staff will often be cautious about health and safety and wary of new processes. We talk to staff, explain what we're doing and gain their confidence.

The difference with our approach is that we don't deliver a bulky file that sits on the shelf but instead invest time in looking at the practical aspects of improving safety.
