Learning & Development Courses for Agriculture, Equine, Estates and Farming
Our training programmes are run through
Risk Revolution and designed to motivate as well as inform staff. Training does not have to mean expensive one day courses involving staff travelling half way across the country. Many of the training needs identified through our work can and are delivered by the qualified professionals who have identified the need. They have the expertise to coach staff so that they can achieve the required competency.
We favour, wherever possible, small team sessions on-site looking at specific issues. The outcome of this preference is more personal advice relating to your specific working environment and equipment plus minimal disruption to your business.
These are examples of some of our courses:
MANUAL HANDLING
TELESCOPIC HANDLER
ABRASIVE WHEEL TRAINING
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Other courses include:
SAFETY AWARENESS TRAINING - REGULAR STAFF
This course is very popular and normally attended by regular, full time staff or those self employed staff who act as regular staff. It gives the opportunity to compare notes and swap examples for how to deal with hands-on situations.
It is available free* to staff from client businesses.
CASUAL STAFF INDUCTION
This course is designed for casual or temporary staff joining the business for a limited period. It concentrates on ensuring that these individuals have full induction to your policies and basic awareness of good safety practice. This course can be delivered at client premises for groups of 10 or more.
INTRODUCTION TO HEALTH AND SAFETY ADMINISTRATION
With secretarial staff often bearing the brunt of managing paperwork this course is designed to provide an introduction to the legal requirements, the documentation and an introduction to producing the necessary systems. This course can be delivered at client premises for groups of 10 or more.
